Missouri House Passes Bill That Targets Intoxicating Hemp Products
House Bill 2641, sponsored by Rep. Dave Hinman (R), calls for regulations
The Missouri House approved a bill last week to create the “Intoxicating Cannabinoid Control Act,” which would establish stricter oversight and enforcement over intoxicating hemp-derived products sold in the state.
Missouri House Bill 2641, sponsored by Missouri State Rep. Dave Hinman (R-O’Fallon), calls for regulations on THC and hemp-derived products.
Hinman says the bill would codify state law to bring it up to speed with recent guidelines on hemp from the U.S. Government. It also contains language considering privacy issues within the legal marijuana industry.
