CHAMPS Chicago Opens For Day 1 At The Donald E Stephens Convention Center
Welcome to the Windy City!
Exhibitors are completing the finishing touches on their booths, glass artists are registering their pieces for the Glass Games, and buyers are beginning to line up at registration, eager for the deals that await them at the first CHAMPS event in the Windy City.
CHAMPS Trade Shows, located upstairs in Hall G at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, is looking forward to an incredible event over the next 3 days. With a multitude of vendors showcasing the latest in counter-culture goods and the state going full adult recreational, there is no better time in the world.
The CHAMPS Glass Games presents its final installment prior to the Masters Finals in Las Vegas. Artists are being asked to choose one of two competitions, either by entering the “Sports” competition or “Halloween”, to show off their talents and fight for their spot in the Masters Finals this coming February where they will be competing in live glass blowing against more than 40 artists on the show floor.
CHAMPS Chicago runs each day from 11am Central to 6PM Central, concluding on Halloween. Welcome to the Windy City!
ABOUT THE VENUE
The Rosemont Convention Center, is a convention center located in Rosemont, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Built in 1975, the center has exhibition space of 840,000 sq ft (78,000 m2) and parking available via a Skybridge connected parking garage, which is able to accommodate 8,000 vehicles. It is located near O’Hare International Airport, Allstate Arena, Rosemont Theatre, and Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The facility is named after the late mayor of Rosemont, Donald E. Stephens.
