Businesses that handle marijuana have been unable to make use of bankruptcy
Cannabis vaping technology and service provider The Blinc Group Inc. filed for Chapter 7 in a New York bankruptcy court, citing at least $1 million in liabilities.
On Friday, The Blinc Group filed a Chapter 7 liquidation petition in New York listing between $1 million and $10 million each of assets and liabilities. The company sells vaporizers, cartridges and other gear and also provides support services including Research and Development and trainings, the business’ website says.
