Wisconsin Will Ban Non-FDA Approved Vape Products On Labor Day

Thousands of businesses will be impacted

Wisconsin legislators plan to stamp out the sale of non-FDA approved vape products. Although small businesses are suing to prevent the law from being enforced. The dispute is between a non-profit trade group of vape shop owners, and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Secretary. The WISCOFAST v. Casey lawsuit have a set court date later this week to determine if Wisconsin will ban non-FDA vape products.

Tyler Hall, WISCOFAST’s founder, says thousands of businesses will be impacted, if the ban goes into effect.

“Vape shops in the state are no longer going to be able to sell the traditional vape products that they’ve used for the last over a decade.”
