DFO Portland Celebrates Another Successful Year
The annual show highlighted some of the best artisan glass pieces around
Glass blowing is one of the truest art forms on the planet, and the beauty of the art form was on full display over the weekend as DFO Portland was in full swing at the Cedarville Lodge in Gresham Oregon.
Featuring some of the best glass artists around, 2 full days of sunshine and fun as people gathered to celebrate the best pieces from around the industry.
Shayla Behrman, better known by her artist name Windstar, was on hand at DFO after coming off of her triple win at the CHAMPS Trade Shows Winter Show back in Februrary (an industry first), bringing home 4th place, as well as both the Artists Award and People’s Choice Award.
The crowd was larger than ever, and this year’s DFO People’s Choice award went to Matt Robertson and Hoobs. The winning piece, depicted an ark with a sheep climbing on board as animals watch on and featured some incredibly detailed
