CHAMPS Orlando COVID-19 Guidelines

CHAMPS Trade Shows would like to welcome you to the 22nd annual CHAMPS Trade Shows Winter Show this year being held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando Florida.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, you can expect several key differences from the normal CHAMPS Trade Shows experience that you may be accustomed to. Rest assured these guidelines are in place to both protect you as well as the staff and attendees around you.
DAILY TEMP CHECKS AT SHOW FLOOR ENTRANCE
At the start of each day on the show floor, your temperature will be checked with a contactless system. If you pass you will be allowed entry for that particular day.
SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 6 FEET
Maintaining a social distance of 6 feet is required at all times while on the CHAMPS Show Floor or in line at Registration / Badge Pick-Up. The aisles size has also been doubled from 8-10 feet to 16-20 feet to allow additional spacing on the show floor.
ENLARGED ONE-WAY AISLES ON THE SHOW FLOOR
One-way aisles will be enforced on the CHAMPS Show Floor. This is to limit contact points between attendees and help prevent bottlenecking.
MASK WORN PROPERLY REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
Currently a cloth mask at minimum (neck-gaiters do not count as a mask and you will be asked to wear a mask under your neck-gaiter) is required to be worn both on the resort grounds as well as on the trade show floor at all times. The mask must be worn over the bridge of your nose covering both your nose and your mouth at all times in order to be compliant.
NO LIVE SAMPLING ON THE SHOW FLOOR
Live sampling on-site will not be allowed anywhere on the CHAMPS Show Floor. Single packaged samples (not open samples) WILL be allowed to be given out, but they must be consumed off of the CHAMPS Show Floor.
We understand that some of these rules may not make sense or may be confusing. Rest assured we are enforcing them based on health department recommendations with our attendees, exhibitors, and staff’s health and well being as our top priority.
If for any reason you cannot find your mask or your mask does not meet requirements, please return once you are able to meet requirements. If you are feeling ill, please stay home and return at a later CHAMPS Trade Shows event.
